What is soft washing and how is it different from pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low-pressure water combined with safe, biodegradable chemicals to remove organic growth like mould, mildew, and lichen. It’s ideal for delicate surfaces such as painted walls, roofs, and timber. Pressure washing, on the other hand, uses high pressure and is better suited to hard surfaces like concrete.

Are your cleaning chemicals safe around children and pets?

Yes, we use industry-approved solutions that are effective against mould and bacteria, but safe once dry. We always take precautions to ensure the safety of children, pets, and surrounding plants.

How long does it take for roof treatments to work?

Roof treatments usually begin working immediately. Visible lichen and mould will die off over 2–6 weeks and will continue to break down over time with rain and weather. No high-pressure cleaning is required.

Do you offer services outside of standard working hours?

Yes. We can schedule weekend or after-hours cleaning to avoid disruption, especially for schools, kindergartens, and commercial properties.

How often should I have my property washed?
